Sara is a Content Writer for MySoulrenity. She is a true New Yorker but also lover of all things yoga – and centering herself despite the hustle and bustle of the city. She specializes in teaching vinyasa flow of all levels with a specialization in therapeutic flow and prenatal classes.
She has always strived to deliver intelligent sequencing through intentional movement and mindful breath focus. All of her practices foster an interconnected experience through various levels of body awareness.
Her writing style is much like her approach to yoga; catered to the needs of the readers effectively while still providing the stability required to dig deeper. Sara has been always aware of seeking how to strengthen, improve, cope, or discover the benefits of being more aware of our place in the world (as well as within yoga!) is very important to inner and outer growth.
She has said that seeing movement and mindfulness through the eyes of a little ones is what keeps her yoga-spark alive. As she strives to follow more of a natural intuitive wisdom, she will share all that she can with our readers.
Renae is a Content Writer for MySoulrenity. She is also a lifelong student of mindfulness. As a certified Meditation Teacher for over a decade she strives to share the gift of meditation and mindfulness with all she encounters. She has used mediation to improve the relationships in her life, including the most important one; to herself.
She is known for cultivating communities wherever she calls home – currently Austin, Texas. As a former Peace Corps volunteer, Renae touts meditation as the one item she never forgets to pack! Whether teaching her relatable and inspiring Buddhist wisdom among a small group of friends or leading meditations at retreats around the world, calming the mind is her favorite form of self care.
Through her writing and teaching Renae hopes to help others find their authentically present reality.
She has said her main goal for readers is to simplify what can seem like overwhelming or complicated topics into digestible real-life items, so you can instantaneously incorporate them into your life as needed.
Allena is a certified Self-Love Coach they love to focus their work on helping create lives balanced with prioritizing our individual needs, figuring out why that needs to remain at the forefront of all of our interactions, and how loving ourselves can be the ultimate gift to humankind.
A native of Connecticut, Allena decided through their own exploration of loving and accepting herself that they wanted to help others. Helping clients get in touch with every aspect of their self and peel back the layers of their identity until they can get them to be (in) full harmony and integration with their entire selves is Allena’s coaching style.
Allena didn’t have a lot of queer people around them as an example of what it was like to live as a self-accepting, LGBTQIA+ person. The idea of being an out, queer person made them feel different and was extremely isolating, and they never want others to struggle with their sense of self.
If you are looking to tackle the tough stuff through practicing principles of self-compassion and self-forgiveness, expanding your ability to forgive others, and want to drop thinking that developed unconsciously and were conditioned in childhood, Allena is the perfect coach for you.
Eshana is the MySoulrenity family’s newest addition as our Beauty + Fashion Content Writer. Eshana grew up in India, where a love for beauty and fashion blossomed early. Inspired by the vibrant styles around her hometown, she pursued a career as a seamstress, first starting locally in her community. Eventually her heart desired somewhere new and unfamiliar to explore and that spurred Eshana’s move to the United Kingdom. It was there in the city she was able to merge her creativity with a deep understanding of trends into a YouTube channel. With a passion for helping others express their unique style, Eshana enjoys curating content that empowers readers to look and feel their best.
In her free time, Eshana explores new fashion trends, experiments with makeup, attends fashion events, explores different cultures, and connects with like-minded individuals who share their passion for the industry. Eshana believes that beauty and fashion are powerful forms of self-expression that should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or budget.
