Sara is a Content Writer for MySoulrenity. She is a true New Yorker but also lover of all things yoga – and centering herself despite the hustle and bustle of the city. She specializes in teaching vinyasa flow of all levels with a specialization in therapeutic flow and prenatal classes.
She has always strived to deliver intelligent sequencing through intentional movement and mindful breath focus. All of her practices foster an interconnected experience through various levels of body awareness.

Renae is a Content Writer for MySoulrenity. She is also a lifelong student of mindfulness. As a certified Meditation Teacher for over a decade she strives to share the gift of meditation and mindfulness with all she encounters. She has used mediation to improve the relationships in her life, including the most important one; to herself.
She is known for cultivating communities wherever she calls home – currently Austin, Texas. As a former Peace Corps volunteer, Renae touts meditation as the one item she never forgets to pack! Whether teaching her relatable and inspiring Buddhist wisdom among a small group of friends or leading meditations at retreats around the world, calming the mind is her favorite form of self care.
