This 75 minute workshop offers a comprehensive overview help modern organizations recognize that to be leaders in their industry, they need a workforce that represents the society in which it exists, and the clientele that it serves. But creating a sense of belonging in a diverse team can be tricky. Diversity and inclusivity may include racism, gender, LGBTQ+, disability, indigenous issues and more.
Diversity activities, also referred to as DEI activities (diversity, equity, and inclusion), are essential in keeping employee engagement high in the modern workplace. Especially given that recent studies show that many employees feel that their professional organization does not respect their identities.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach or quick checklist for building diverse, inclusive teams. The most important thing that any organization can do is see workplace diversity and inclusion as long-term projects, ones that will need continuous nurturing and dedication.

Follow Up
MyWorkshops will be capped in attendance to allow for more presenter/attendee exchange time. We strongly suggest you run your chosen digital platform for updates prior to each webinar.
Each MyWorkshop will last 60 minutes closing with a 15 minute Q+A between the presenter(s) and attendees of each topic. All attendees will receive an overview and accompanying worksheets, exercises, or information reference material within 48 hours of attending each MyWorkshop.
