We assist clients in identifying and overcoming core issues and negative patterns with effective tools, techniques and specific action plans. We will work with you to find peace on a whole, through your mental, emotional, physical and self systems.
First Follow Up
After purchase, our office will follow-up with you within 48 hours so we can start the process and get to know you before the session. This open dialogue is simply an opportunity for you to ask questions about being coached, and share more about how we can help guide you to a goal, dream, hope, opportunity or state of mind.

Your sessions can be conducted via phone, through online video-conferencing (Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangouts), or via email. We want to connect in the most comfortable way for you. We are currently not meeting in person due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Noted Disclosure: All coaches on our team are also certified and trained as life coaches. During your first consultation meeting, we will go over the guidelines and you will learn about your confidentiality, the limits of confidentiality, the boundaries of our relationship, and your rights as a client. We give you the opportunity to ask questions. We will go over our scheduling and financial policies with you.
