This session with will include a 20 minute topical trauma session triggers and lead into a 70 minute coaching session. We will focus on you as a whole person; mind, body, and self, during this session. We will work together to make a plan for you to improve your overall wellness responsibly. Let’s resolve challenges with the unwanted dis-ease to live the life you deserve to live.

These can include creating a new sleep cycle, breaking binge eating, getting more energy, addressing SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and other short term depression based behavior and mental states, focusing on nutritional, lifestyle, thinking, and fitness balance.

Noted Disclosure: All coaches on our team are also certified and trained as life coaches. During your first consultation meeting, we will go over the guidelines and you will learn about your confidentiality, the limits of confidentiality, the boundaries of our relationship, and your rights as a client. We give you the opportunity to ask questions. We will go over our scheduling and financial policies with you.
